Kawaii Mermaids Coloring Page #27

Hands pressed together in a heart shape, a little mermaid floats at the center of the page, her long wavy hair falling on either side of her face. Her big round eyes, rosy round cheeks and tiny smile give her a soft, cheerful expression. Her fish tail, covered in rounded scales, ends in a two-lobed fin. Stars, sparkles, smiling flowers, hearts and small round bubbles float all around her. This printable kawaii coloring page mixes large, easy-to-fill areas — the tail, the hair, the face — with a scatter of tiny decorative shapes that need to be colored one by one, making it suit both a beginner who is just learning to hold crayons steady and an older child who enjoys picking out fine details. The linework stays thin and even throughout, so keeping the palette soft and light will stop the busy background from overwhelming the central figure.
