Kawaii Christmas Kawaii Coloring Page #2

A round, plump Santa Claus stands facing forward, his pointed hat with its pompom tipping to one side. His huge round eyes with a tiny white highlight, tiny round nose and thick curly moustache give him a very sweet expression. In one mitten hand he holds a smiling gingerbread man wearing a little bow tie; in the other, a ribboned gift box. A wide belt with a round buckle marks his waist, and big boots finish the figure. Stars, sparkles, hearts and flowers float all around him. This kawaii coloring page mixes big, easy areas — the hat, the beard, the coat — with smaller, fiddlier bits like the gift ribbon, the gingerbread man's buttons and the floating shapes. The thick, even outline suits young children on the large zones, while steadier hands or adults will enjoy taking care over the tiny details. A practical tip: fill in the large shapes first, then move to the small accessories, to avoid crossing lines. This printable page makes a nice holiday activity for the whole family.
