Kawaii Valentine Kawaii Coloring Page #15

A large heart-shaped character with a kawaii face fills the middle of the page: huge sparkling eyes framed by long lashes, two small round cheeks and a tiny wave-shaped mouth. Short wing-like arms hug a second, smaller heart, while two rounded feet peek out underneath. The whole scene floats among stars, five-petal flowers, tiny hearts, dots and sparkles that spread all the way to the edges of the sheet. This kawaii coloring page mixes scales: the big central heart fills in quickly, while the many small stars, flowers and hearts scattered around call for a finer pencil or a fine-tip marker. It suits a young child who wants to focus on the main character just as well as an older one who enjoys giving each tiny shape its own shade. Once picked up from the printable version, try keeping one tone for the hearts and another for the flowers, so the design stays easy to read despite all the small details.
