Kawaii Smiling Sun #10

A round-faced sun sits at the center of the page, ringed by pointed, wavy rays that look almost like flames. Its two big round eyes each hold a small white highlight, the smile is tiny, and two oval blush marks sit on the cheeks. Scattered around it are five-pointed stars, one four-pointed sparkle, hearts, five-petaled flowers, and small asterisk-shaped sparkles, all set against a plain white background. The outline is thick and even, keeping each ray of the sun clearly separated and easy to follow for younger kids. The face itself is one large area that fills in quickly, while the stars, hearts, and flowers scattered around it are much smaller and need a steadier hand. This kawaii coloring page suits a first attempt on the big circle and a more careful pass on the tiny shapes; printed large, it's a nice printable for mixing bold and light shades between the sun and its surroundings.
