Kawaii Polar Bear #1

Seated with both front paws together, this round bear cub looks out at the viewer with two huge eyes above a tiny nose and a barely-there smile. A long striped scarf wraps around its neck and drapes over its belly, ending in a fringed tip, while small ears frame the top of its head. Stars, flowers, hearts, dots and little swirls scatter around it. The thick outline around the head and body opens up large, easy areas to fill, suited to younger children trying a kawaii coloring page for the first time. The scarf's stripes and padded paw pads call for steadier hands, a good step up once a child is comfortable with a pencil. On the printable page, a scarf tone different from the fur keeps the stripes easy to see.
