Kawaii Moon with Stars #1

A big circle fills the middle of the page: a full-moon face with round kawaii eyes carrying white highlight dots, small oval blushed cheeks and a tiny curved smile. Two short curved lines near the rim hint at gentle shading on its surface. Around it, arranged in a ring, sit five-pointed stars, four-pointed sparkles, rounded-petal flowers, hearts and small dots. This kawaii coloring page gives a wide, open surface for the moon that's easy for a beginner to fill in, plus a ring of finely outlined small shapes that call for a steadier hand. It suits young children on the face and older kids on the stars and flowers. A fine-tip marker helps keep the tiny sparkles neat; being a printable page, it also works well with two color moods — a cool shade for the moon and brighter tones for the ring.
