Kawaii Kawaii Sweets Coloring Page #25

A cupcake fills the page, its swirled frosting piled high and topped with a cherry and a small pointed party hat. A kawaii face sits on the fluted paper wrapper: two big round eyes with bright highlight dots, a tiny smile, and two oval blush marks. Scattered around it are simple outlined stars, sparkles, flowers, hearts, and a few small circles floating in the empty space. Lines are clean and fairly bold, so the shapes stay easy to follow. The wide frosting swirl and the ridged wrapper give plenty of room for a young colorist, while the cherry, the hat, and the tiny scattered shapes call for a steadier hand. This printable kawaii coloring page suits children around 5 to 9, and it works well to shade each fold of the frosting swirl a touch differently so the twist stands out.
