Kawaii Kawaii Cats Coloring Page #24

A plump, round-bodied kawaii cat sits facing forward at the center of the sheet, front paws lined up beneath it and a small tail peeking out on the left. Enormous circular eyes with heavy black outlines and bright highlight dots take up most of the face, above a tiny heart-shaped nose and a small "w" mouth. Two oval blush marks sit under the eyes, and faint stripe lines run across the forehead and down the sides of the body. A ring of stars, hearts, flowers and sparkle bursts surrounds the cat, a few of them already solid black. Thick, even outlines leave wide open spaces on the head and belly for quick filling, while the tabby stripes, whiskers and the smaller stars and hearts around the border call for a finer hand. This kawaii coloring page suits younger children, roughly ages 4 to 8, working with crayons or markers, and it helps to pick one bold color for the central heart so it stands out from the surrounding pattern. The printable sheet is ready for a relaxed coloring session at home or in class.
