Kawaii Bunny in Basket #7

A round-faced bunny peeks out from a woven wicker basket, its front paws resting on the rim which is wrapped in a twisted rope trim. Two tall ears rise above a small tuft of fur, framing a face with enormous eyelash-lined eyes, a tiny triangular nose and a small curved smile. Thin whiskers extend from each cheek. Scattered around the basket are stars, sparkles, tiny circles, simple daisy flowers and hearts, giving this kawaii coloring page its playful, decorative border. Bold outlines define the bunny's face and the basket's body, leaving large open spaces that young children can fill in quickly, while the eyes, whiskers, flowers and stars are drawn with a finer line that calls for careful, close coloring. The basket's horizontal weave can be shaded row by row for variety. Printable and adaptable in difficulty, this page suits a preschooler working in broad strokes just as well as an older child chasing precision on the small motifs.
